Mr and Mrs Prince are new customers to us and their property needed a new ridge, however we carried out a full re-thatch on the property for the previous owners and have a good relationship with joining properties.
The Challenge
This property is a mid-terrace so the access we minimal, luckily the neighbours where very understanding at let us have access through there garden, however a lot of the materials and rubbish was passed up and over the roof so we didn’t intrude too much. We stripped off the old ridge ready for the new block pattern ridge, back spared to give us a nice firm fixing, racked off the rubbish and moss, applied new wire and tided the job to a high standard.
The Outcome
Although the access was limited the new ridge was applied with no problems and to a high standard. Mr and Mrs Prince where happy and so where the neighbours.
They came to do our ridge line. A brilliant hard working team. They turned up and worked a full day. They are polite and conscientious of the area (no bad language banter or radio). Excellent work and they cleaned up brilliantly after. Also loved the new cockerel mascot (FOWLer and Sons). Would defiantly recommend them to others
